Self-pay patients without insurance are offered discounted rates. If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

Please call our office If you are self-pay and have no insurance. We offer a discounted rate for our uninsured patients. If we do not accept your insurance, please call your insurance and verify if you have out-of-network benefits. We are happy to see it as self-pay and provide you with the needed invoices to submit to your insurance, so you can get reimbursed directly by your plan. We do not bill insurance for out-of-network services.
At present time we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
