Do I need an appointment to see the medical provider?
You do not need an appointment to be seen at our facility for an urgent care visit. Simply walk in and we will take care of you.
How long do I have to wait to be seen?
Our goal is to get you in and out in less than 45 minutes. We have a seamless registration process at the front desk. We respect and value your time. Occasionally we get very busy and your care might require more time, our team however works hard to expedite your care and shorten your stay at our facility.
What do I need to bring with me for the visit?
You need to bring your ID and insurance card with you. We can not see you without your ID and prove of insurance coverage.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Please check our Insurance page. If you don’t see your insurance plan on our list, you can either contact us or call your insurance provider for verification.
What is your self-pay rate if I don't have insurance or you don't take my insurance?
We offer self-pay patients with no insurance a discounted rate. The basic fee to see the provider for a simply medical problem is $150. Additional charges will apply to any tests performed or treatment rendered at our office. Our charges are very reasonable and hugely discounted.
Will my primary care doctor be notified of my urgent care visit?
With your signed permission, we can fax your doctor a summery of your visit to our clinic.
Should I come to your urgent care or go to the ER?
Our clinic is equipped to diagnose and treat a wide range of minor non-life-threatening emergencies and acute illnesses. You should call 911 or go to the nearest ER if you have chest pain or signs of heart attack, stroke symptoms, altered metal status, life threatening bone fractures, seizures, life threatening bleeding, significant shortness of breath, head injury with loss of consciousness, or any other serious condition.
Do you refer patients to the ER?
Many conditions are not life threatening but may require higher care. Upon completion of your evaluation by our providers, we may advice you to go to the ER if we determine that your illness can’t be worked up and treated as an out-patient.
Can I make an appointment for an urgent care visit.
We do not make appointments for urgent care visits. We however have in most instances very short wait time with few exceptions when we are extremely busy. Our goal is to get you in and out in less than 45. minutes.
Do you refill prescriptions for chronic pain or treat chronic pain?
We do not refill prescriptions for narcotics. Patients with chronic pain need to be seen and treated by either their primary care physician or a doctor specialized in treatment of chronic pain. We generally do not write prescriptions for narcotics unless the patient has an obvious acute injury and is in severe pain. Even in these cases we write a prescription for narcotics to address the pain for few days only. No refill can be provided.
